Returns & Refund

For Workshops: 

Please note that this policy is not applicable to workshop bookings. The workshops are non- refundable in nature however we can, upon our discretion, extend rescheduling of the workshop in certain situations. Furthermore, please note that rescheduling may be made once to a date within one month from the original appointment date, at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Reschedule slots are subject to availability. However, kindly note that after this point, we are unable to reschedule your booking.

 

For Products: 

All the products are custom made by order due to which none of the products purchased by the customer can be returned or exchanged. 

What if the product is received in a damaged condition?

Our team strives to ensure that each product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. If you have received the product in a damaged condition or the packaging is tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person and are requested to make an unpacking video of the product received. Also, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product by calling our customer care at +91 913120473 or email us at info@clumsy.co.in. Kindly mention your Order # with an image of the damaged product and/or packaging.

We will personally ensure that the product is replaced and shipped to you promptly, provided you have followed the above steps. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send the product back to us. 

Note: The Clumsy Studio reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions. Non-qualifying items will be sent back at the customer’s expense, and a refund will not be issued.
